COOL breakfast!

We have always thought that breakfast should be an unforgettable experience and according to our guests perhaps we succeeded.

We serve you our breakfast buffet from 8.00 to 9.30 a.m. every day. Our COOL-breakfast is served with the heady smell of the only artisan coffee from the Sassi of Matera ‘TERRANOVA’ roasting company — a local coffee company.

We could tell you more but if spoken by us it would be too easy.

Take some time to read the reviews of our guests … your mouth will surely be watering when you hear about our crumbled ricotta and chocolate, grandma Antonietta’s tart, our rigorously home-made jams, freshly baked ‘focaccia’ and the traditional bread of Matera.
