Contractual Conditions
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The request for availability is not binding and does not act as a contract neither for the Client nor for Le Origini. The booking request represents an Order Form and therefore binding for the Client but not binding for Le Origini, on whose part remains free not to accept the booking.
The booking confirmation of Le Origini sent to the client is binding for both parties and establishes the drawing up of the booking contract with options.
In case a deposit is requested, the Client must send that within the time period indicated by the management of Le Origini so that the option will be removed and the booking definitely confirmed.
At this point Le Origini undertakes to send the Client a confirmation e-mail.
All the reservations must be confirmed via email by accepting the cancellation conditions of the hotel.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The booking becomes binding for Le Origini only upon reception of the deposit payment receipt if required.
The amount of the deposit is equal to 30% of the amount of the stay excluding optional services (which enter in the balance to be paid at check-out).
When your booking is confirmed you will receive a voucher (confirmation via email) that you will have to show when you check-in at our facility.
Arrival (check-in): from 11.30 to 12.30 and from 15.00 to 18.00. In case of late check-in a supplement may be requested.
Departure (check-out): from 8.00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.
Balance of payment: at check-in with the following modalities:
– cash
– by credit card Visa, Mastercard
WITHDRAWAL
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the landlord will receive the following compensation on the total price of the stay:
1.8 days before arrival 0%
2.7-0 days before arrival 100%

You can pay the deposit by bank transfer in EURO on our bank account using the following data:

Send a notification of payment by email to the address info@hotelleorigini.it (the reservation becomes binding for the structure only upon receipt of such notification).
